With a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M, I love to leverage technology to grow businesses. I am always seeking out new creative ways to bridge the gap between people and machines.
I often will think outside of the box to solve business and technical issues. I design and develop e-commerce websites and portfolio/business sites in WordPress. This requires an artist eye while I use Adobe Photoshop to present an attractive, enticing design and technical understand to produce a seamless checkout process and user experience. To complement website, I design iOS and Android apps to drive sales and enhance your business stradegy. Finally, I leverage social media and advertising vehicles, such as Facebook, Twitter and Google, to promote and build your brand.
Through my experience, I have driven teams of 20+ engineers oversees and in the states to meet deadlines for project deliverables. This required organization and clear direction with different cultures. I was brought on by On-Site to manage projects with DFI, Dell Financial Institute, that were over budget and behind schedule. I analyzed what tasks were left and adjusted the schedule to meet new guidelines then communicated the new plan to the client and the team. Also at On-Site I wrote specification documents for large applications from going through the discovery phase of the project. I worked closely with end users to develop an interface and process to meet the system requirements. Then produced use cases for developers to enhance understanding of the application.
With J3 Web Services, I develop websites and hard media to promote businesses in many industries. This allows me to execute every phase of a project from procurement to delivery. I have the ability to communicate complex concepts to my clients and teach them how to update they website themselves at the end of a project for ongoing maintenance.
