Our control panel software, HELM, allows our clients direct,
detailed control over nearly every aspect of their web presence, from creating new email accounts to
updating pages on the site. As such, we consider our hosting packages to be "Self-Service" hosting.
We realize that everyone needs a little help every now and then and that others simply prefer the
convenience of "Full Service".
To accomodate these needs, we offer all of our clients the opportunity to purchase management services in addition to hosting services. The management services consist of making one time or periodic changes to the client's website and/or managing the client's account resources via HELM control panel. The cost of these services are negotiated on an individual client basis and can be paid separately from or added to the client's monthly or yearly hosting fee. Management services can only be purchased for sites hosted with J3 Web Services.
